I am back to blogging again....!!!!

It has been a real hectic one month for me, had to complete all my bonus reports and other variable pay reports for my team members, I would like to say one thing here, I felt really good when I went through the amount of variable bonus that is payable to each of my team member. It's a that kind of satisfaction feeling that you get when you achieve something you have set for yourself before starting a task.

In spite of the hectic work schedule, I made time to follow India Vs South Africa Cricket matches, It was a sigh of relief to see India equalizing the test series after loosing the first test match very badly in Nagpur, both the matches have been won by the respective teams by an innings.....this is not what you expect when number one and number two teams play each other.

Can somebody explain the the pitch curators in India that a sporting wicket does not mean that it should have grass and have bounce, pitches in each country have their own specific natures, it bounces in Australia, it swings in England and NZ, it bounces and swings in South Africa and the pitches in Sub continent assist spin bowlers, ICC should make efforts to retain this nature of pitches across the world. Let's have turning pitches in India....that's my judgement.

It was an amazing knock of 200 from Sachin Tendulkar, was lucky to watch it "LIVE" when Sachin was scoring the double hundered, to be fair enough, I expected Shewag to be the first person to break 200 barrier in ODI's but Sachin has proved that he is the Ultimate master and deservingly he is occupying the top position in ODI's, If the world has seen Don Bradman as the best player to play test cricket, Sachin Tendulkar is the best player to play ODI's, I don't think anybody can even think of reaching his milestones in ODI's.

Hockey world cup is underway and it was really a good feeling to watch a Hockey match "LIVE" after a period of almost 10 years, the match was really worth watching as India played a matchless hockey against Pakistan and winning it 4-1, it was a good feeling.

Personally, last one month has been very very poor, unable to meet some of the "To Do" tasks, as I am having a feeling of "Lack of Desire" to do things.....Need to motivate myself to put in that much extra to bring back that desire to keep winning those small moments which ultimately make the difference between having a good day and a great day.
